Our online training program is where faith and fitness align to build real consistency and confidence—one workout, one prayer, one disciplined day at a time. Designed for beginners or those restarting their journey, this plan helps you rebuild strength, establish lasting habits, and steward your body in a way that honors God. Led by Amanda Goncalves, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, the Basic Training Program blends practical fitness with faith-centered encouragement. Designed to meet you where you are, it builds strength, structure, and confidence without overwhelm. Includes customized workouts (home or gym), simple nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, direct messaging support, and Christ-centered motivation to help you stay consistent. Cancellation Policy
1. Payments All packages and sessions must be paid in full before services begin. For recurring programs, payments are due on the same day each billing cycle. Facilities will receive invoices due within 10 business days. Late payments may incur a 5 percent weekly late fee. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private Clients: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. Facilities or Groups: Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit. Emergencies and weather-related closures will not be charged if reasonable notice is given. 3. Refunds Payments are non-refundable except when: A medical condition (with documentation) prevents participation, or Services are terminated early by Imago Dei Health & Fitness for reasons not related to client conduct. Partial refunds will be prorated for unused sessions. 4. Health & Liability All clients must complete a Health Intake Form and Waiver of Liability before participating. Imago Dei Health & Fitness is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation when standard safety procedures are followed. 5. Conduct & Values We uphold a faith-based, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or participants will result in immediate termination without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All Imago Dei materials — including workouts, nutrition guides, videos, and handouts — are owned by Imago Dei Health & Fitness. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. 7. Communication Messages are answered during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM EST). Response time varies by plan: Standard & Facility Clients — within 24–48 hours Premium Clients — same-day response 8. Media & Privacy Photos and videos may be used for social media or promotional purposes only with client consent. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing. Agreement By enrolling in an Imago Dei Health & Fitness program or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
