The Nutrition Coaching Program through Imago Dei Fitness & Nutrition is designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food while aligning your choices with your faith, your goals, and your lifestyle. This isn’t about restriction—it’s about restoration. Led by Amanda Goncalves, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, this program helps you understand how to nourish your body as an act of stewardship, not punishment. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved energy, better digestion, or simply learning how to eat with more purpose, you’ll receive customized guidance that empowers you to make lasting, sustainable changes. With practical strategies, education, and encouragement rooted in Scripture, this coaching experience bridges science and faith—helping you honor the body God gave you while living with confidence, balance, and gratitude. Your Nutrition Coaching plan includes: Personalized nutrition blueprint based on your goals and lifestyle Guidance for portion control, balanced macros, and intuitive eating principles Plant-based and flexible meal options tailored to your dietary needs Faith-based mindset coaching to overcome emotional eating and food guilt Weekly progress check-ins and direct messaging for accountability and motivation Optional spiritual encouragement, prayer, and devotionals to support your journey This program is ideal for anyone who wants to simplify nutrition and learn how to eat in a way that supports both physical and spiritual growth. For those seeking a shorter or more flexible option, there’s also a one-time service booking available for $80, perfect for a single consultation or meal plan session for flexibility and affordability. Cancellation Policy
1. Payments All packages and sessions must be paid in full before services begin. For recurring programs, payments are due on the same day each billing cycle. Facilities will receive invoices due within 10 business days. Late payments may incur a 5 percent weekly late fee. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private Clients: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. Facilities or Groups: Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit. Emergencies and weather-related closures will not be charged if reasonable notice is given. 3. Refunds Payments are non-refundable except when: A medical condition (with documentation) prevents participation, or Services are terminated early by Imago Dei Health & Fitness for reasons not related to client conduct. Partial refunds will be prorated for unused sessions. 4. Health & Liability All clients must complete a Health Intake Form and Waiver of Liability before participating. Imago Dei Health & Fitness is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation when standard safety procedures are followed. 5. Conduct & Values We uphold a faith-based, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or participants will result in immediate termination without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All Imago Dei materials — including workouts, nutrition guides, videos, and handouts — are owned by Imago Dei Health & Fitness. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. 7. Communication Messages are answered during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM EST). Response time varies by plan: Standard & Facility Clients — within 24–48 hours Premium Clients — same-day response 8. Media & Privacy Photos and videos may be used for social media or promotional purposes only with client consent. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing. Agreement By enrolling in an Imago Dei Health & Fitness program or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
