Service Description
The Group Fitness Classes at Imago Dei Fitness & Nutrition are more than workouts—they’re a community experience built on faith, fellowship, and strength. These classes bring people together to move, grow, and glorify God through every rep, stretch, and breath. Led by Amanda Goncalves, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, these group sessions are designed to ignite energy, improve endurance, and create lasting motivation through accountability and encouragement. Each class blends science-backed training with Biblical inspiration, reminding participants that fitness is not about comparison—it’s about calling. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, these classes meet you right where you are. Every workout is adaptable, faith-driven, and focused on building both physical and spiritual resilience. Each Group Fitness Class includes: A structured, high-energy workout combining strength, mobility, and endurance training Faith-based motivation and Scripture reflections throughout the session Modifications for all fitness levels and body types A supportive, judgment-free environment that encourages connection and community Ongoing encouragement, accountability, and prayer support These classes are perfect for individuals who crave both community and consistency. You’ll not only get stronger—you’ll build relationships rooted in shared faith and mutual encouragement. Together, we train not just to transform our bodies, but to renew our minds and reflect the strength of Christ within us. For those who prefer a flexible option, there’s also a one-time class booking available for $70, perfect for trying out a session or joining as your schedule allows. Cancellation Policy
1. Payments All packages and sessions must be paid in full before services begin. For recurring programs, payments are due on the same day each billing cycle. Facilities will receive invoices due within 10 business days. Late payments may incur a 5 percent weekly late fee. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private Clients: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. Facilities or Groups: Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit. Emergencies and weather-related closures will not be charged if reasonable notice is given. 3. Refunds Payments are non-refundable except when: A medical condition (with documentation) prevents participation, or Services are terminated early by Imago Dei Health & Fitness for reasons not related to client conduct. Partial refunds will be prorated for unused sessions. 4. Health & Liability All clients must complete a Health Intake Form and Waiver of Liability before participating. Imago Dei Health & Fitness is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation when standard safety procedures are followed. 5. Conduct & Values We uphold a faith-based, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or participants will result in immediate termination without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All Imago Dei materials — including workouts, nutrition guides, videos, and handouts — are owned by Imago Dei Health & Fitness. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. 7. Communication Messages are answered during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM EST). Response time varies by plan: Standard & Facility Clients — within 24–48 hours Premium Clients — same-day response 8. Media & Privacy Photos and videos may be used for social media or promotional purposes only with client consent. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing. Agreement By enrolling in an Imago Dei Health & Fitness program or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
